POURED WALLS
Poured-Wall with Rebar Construction — including basements, retaining walls for tiered landscaping, commercial loading docks, and many other applications. When used, insulated forms stay in place to insulate your building.
If your needs are poured concrete walls, then together with our forming equipment and our 18 years of experience, we can construct your walls according to your specifications.

Our concrete & masonry division excels in the flatwork area, with 18 years of experience. From our laser-leveling equipment to our riding power trowel, we can accommodate any size of project.
If you have multiple slopes, our 3-D laser-screed will ensure your floor is flat and at the desired height.
Our experience in dairy plants, ethanol plants and other manufacturing facilities will attest to our ability in providing your flatwork through all seasons. We have the necessary ground thawing and temporary heat equipment to meet your needs and the demands of the changing seasons.

Our site utility & dirt work division can perform a variety of operations and services. We have a full line of heavy equipment for any job — big or small. Track and rubber-tire backhoes, payloaders, dozers, dump trucks, road graders, and much, much more — we have the equipment, experienced manpower, and professionalism to get any job done properly and on time.
RESIDENTIAL SEWER & WATER
Our crews can install, service, and repair all residential sewer and water systems. A typical residential project can include anything from water and sewer services for single family homes to the infrastructure piping for apartment buildings and town home complexes. We’ve been doing it for many years, and are very good at it!
Providing water supply and sewer mains to residential and business sites has been part of our business, since 1961. We have the equipment, manpower, and expertise, and can often accommodate short-notice projects.
We also have all the licenses and bonding required to do your work, and for doing the job correctly.
With our fleet of earth-moving equipment, we are always available for emergency repairs and projects. Call us day or night!
COMMERCIAL SEWER & WATER
We can also install, service and repair all commercial and municipal sewer and water systems. Our commercial expertise in service and repair of municipal water and sewer main extensions compliments our ability to install entire municipal sewage systems and water supply systems.
Our vast inventory of earth-moving equipment allows us to provide the correct and most efficient machines to get the job done quickly.

FIRE SUPPRESSION SERVICES
We contract to work with fire suppression contractors in the supply of fire mains for their projects. We tap municipal mains and bring them into your building. We contract to work with fire suppression contractors in the supply of fire mains for their projects.
When quoting projects, we can quote the underground-only or a complete package, including start-to-finish (seeding, concrete, asphalt, curb and cutter, or anything else needed). When installing fire suppression mains, we can also spot and place fire hydrants, as part of the site work.
Our experience in supplying fire suppression lines will assure that your needs will be met quickly, according to your specifications.
Our crew is reviewing safety concerns and is well versed in adhering to OSHA requirements.
GRAVEL & HAULING
Our fleet of gravel trucks and gravel materials, including ground-thawing units, are available for your site preparation.
Our trucks can haul any materials for your project.
Each truck rental will be provided with an expert materials handler. No wasted time or effort!
At Voss Site Utilities, we operate our own gravel site and can deliver any specified materials.
RADON TESTING

Voss Testing Labs are nationally certified by NRPP to perform testing for radon and mitigation for all residential and multifamily structures. Radon: “a radioactive, gaseous chemical element formed, together with alpha waves, as a first product in the disintegration of radium.” (Webster’s Dictionary)

CONCRETE PUMPING
We offer concrete pumping for all of your various concrete pouring needs. We have a 38 meter Z-Boom pump truck with a Putzmeister pump. Call to schedule your pour today.
Additional Charge of $15/hr on Saturday & jobs scheduled to start 3 p.m. and later.
Two hour cancellation notice is needed or cancellation fees will apply.
Contractor is responsible for pump when on site. All towing and damage from towing will be the responsibility of contractor until pump is off site.
Contractor must provide water when needed and an area for clean-up of the pump.
Concrete washout and priming area to be supplied by contractor.

The Flomaster and Brassmaster water conditioning systems give your family the benefits of quality water, and are operated on an efficient metered demand system. These systems feature the proven Fleck control valve.
Our proven residential water conditioning units are installed by our professional licensed plumbers and water conditioner installers.
Visit us at our showroom at 316 East Hoffman St. (East Hwy 23), to view our water treatment units. We display many water conditioning models, from smaller cabin needs (shown) to whole house and commercial size treatment units.
WATER TREATMENT APPLICATIONS
Our commercial water treatment equipment has solved water contamination issues in hospitals, car washes, laundromats, apartment buildings, and many other applications. We can meet the needs of any commercial water treatment situation. After careful analysis and testing we will provide, install, set up, and maintain the right commercial system for your business or organization.
When a single unit will not totally meet your needs, we can provide twin or multiple units to provide you with a constant flow of treated water. Our experienced and licensed installers will work with your needs, especially in emergency situations.

HOME WATER DISTILLERS
Our line of distillers includes “Durastill” and “Pure Water”. These units will kill 99.9% of contaminants, leaving only safe drinking water for you and your family to enjoy. Our broad line of water distillers is available for any size needs. The typical residential unit can produce up to 8 gallons of pure, distilled water per day, while our commercial units can produce up to 50 gallons per day.

WHOLE-HOUSE WATER FILTRATION
Aqua Pure Drinking Water Systems has a filter designed for you and your budget! A wide range of filters are on display in our show room, and our knowledgeable sales staff will find the perfect model for you. We offer both home water filtration systems and commercial water filtration systems alike.
An advanced 4-stage reverse osmosis system with a faucet will reduce sediment, rust, chlorine, taste, odor, dissolved salts, and chlorides.
This system mounts conveniently under the sink or on a wall, and provides drinking water of the highest quality.
Advanced monitored, dual-stage carbon block filtration can be used when water conditions are not as severe, but still require treatment.
In-line refrigerator systems are used for fresh tasting and sediment-free water and ice cubes.
